Following to my
recent post where inspire2hire shared the tips to create your profile on job portals. Here
is the new post which is also important and will increase your chances to
receive calls and emails: -
I came across certain people who used to say that we are active on Naukri.com and created the profile, Once I check the profile is not 100% completed. Look the profile over any portal is like your e-resume which can be accessed by recruiters, Consultants and company’s HR. As a result of inactive profile, they don’t receive calls or emails because their profile is inactive or improper. Don’t worry I’ll add the example of an active profile where recruiters actively making calls and emails, please check it properly and create your profile.
